Cargo Storage
NordAxis’ storage facilities meet ISO 9001 standards and cover 6,000 square meters (almost 65,000 square feet). Conveniently located near major transport hubs, our facilities include container storage solutions, as well as both closed and open-roof storage options. In addition, our clients can utilize our global partner network to store cargo almost anywhere in the world, both before and after shipping.
Cargo Documentation and Processing
Our storage facilities operate under strict procedures, with every item numbered and tagged upon entry. Each piece is logged into our system according to client documentation. We maintain detailed inventory lists per item, pallet, and/or container throughout the entire storage period, according to client requirements.
Cargo Security
Our facilities include 24/7 security systems, fire detection systems, full CCTV monitoring, ongoing pest control, and secured vaults for storing irreplaceable or high-value items.
Container Staffing and Unloading
When shipping internationally, our professional staff can unload cargo and transport it directly to its destination or store it in our facilities for short- or long-term periods. For outbound shipments, our team carefully loads items according to cargo type and shipping instructions, taking final unloading requirements into account. We then transport cargo to air or seaports and coordinate with overseas agents to ensure careful unloading in line with cargo specifications. Thanks to our partnerships with leading global logistics networks and agents, we maintain close communication with shipping companies, terminals, and transport hubs worldwide, allowing us to effectively monitor cargo in transit.
Moving and Storage Insurance
We offer insurance coverage for sea or air shipments during transit as well as during storage through trusted international insurers. Our team will provide all necessary information so you can make an informed decision about protecting your cargo.
Cargo Monitoring and Daily Client Updates
We take pride in the relationships we build with our clients. While your shipment is in transit, we monitor it daily, remain in close contact with you, and provide regular updates on its estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Most of us have been there: you have moved out of your apartment, yet your new home is not ready. You pack a few small bags and stay with friends or family, while your personal belongings require a temporary storage solution.
Shipping everything at once
Short-term storage is an ideal solution for those planning a substantial international shipment but who currently have only part of their cargo, with the rest arriving later. Since it often makes sense to ship everything together in one container, we recommend storing the items you already have while waiting for the remaining belongings. Once everything has arrived, we can consolidate all items, load them into one container, and ship them to the designated destination.

Skilled storage staff
Our experienced storage staff will help you choose optimal storage conditions for your goods and store them accordingly. You are welcome to check on your belongings at any time and can remove or add items throughout the storage period (additional fees may apply). Storage insurance is also available. Each client’s cargo is numbered and tagged upon entering the facility and packed in wooden crates or metal storage containers elevated above ground for maximum protection.
